Dee Navarro, Executive Director
Dee joined the team at Orchard Park in May of 2005. Dee has been working in long-term care for seniors since 1992 when she started in operations of one of the largest skilled nursing facilities in the greater Fresno area. In addition to operations, Dee has also worked in marketing for independent senior living and assisted living. This work experience has gained her extensive contacts and relationships with senior resources in the Fresno/Clovis community. Dee’s compassion for seniors and helping their families is the driving force behind her goals at Orchard Park. Dee strongly believes in enhancing the staff by providing opportunities to further their education in healthcare, and has encouraged many to achieving their goals as licensed nurses and other healthcare professionals. Dee enjoys cooking and entertaining for her family and her extended family at Orchard Park! You will often see Dee preparing omelets on family brunch day or flipping burgers on the grill for family picnics at Orchard Park. Dee is a mother of twin boys who are jazz musicians in New York.
Kim Sherman, Assistant Executive Director
Kim began her marketing experience in 1996, and her senior living background is in home care with an Alzheimer’s focus as well as independent and assisted living. A Fresno/Clovis native, she has a B.A. from CSU, Fresno. She has been an active member of Senior Living Network, The Aging Network, Home Care Council and the CSUF S.A.F.E. fall prevention program. Guiding seniors and their families during crucial transitions is her passion and her wealth of connections gives her a great base of resources to share with families. In her free time, Kim runs a busy family including her four dogs. She can often be found on the sidelines rooting for her daughter and two sons during their multitude of activities and she loves to golf in her down time.
Debbie Aramian, Business Office Manager
Deb joined Orchard Park in April of 2002. Deb came to us from Skilled Nursng and has worked Long Term Care since 1996. Deb oversees the business office and reception desk and it is a job she truely loves. Deb earned her RCFE Administrators License in 2008. In her spare time she enjoys camping and fishing with her family. Deb and her son, Zach enojoy taking the residents of Orchard Park fishing in the spring and summer when the weather is nice.
Ruth Williams, Community Relations Director
Ruthie has over 10 years of experience in marketing with a BS from the Sid Craig School of Business at CSU Fresno. She enjoys planning social and fund raising events as a Board Member for the Alumni & Friends of the Craig School of Business (Go Bulldogs!). In her free time, Ruthie enjoys wine tasting, trips to the coast and visiting friends in San Diego. She and her husband have three, furry, four legged children: Minnie, Daisy and Tink.

Beth Ann Petty, LVN, Health Services Director
An LVN, Beth applies almost twenty years of experience in Assisted Living to her job as Health Services Director. With Orchard Park since January 2005, she is responsible for overseeing the health care services of our residents. Beth lives in the foothills of Fresno County and enjoys the serenity of country life with her family and grandchildren.

Thomas Diaz, Memory Care Coordinator
Thomas has worked at Orchard Park in memory care since 2010 and has been working through school to become a registered nurse. Prior to Thomas coming to Orchard Park, Thomas worked locally coordinating the operations of a private group of intermediate care facilities. Being a long-term employee, we know Thomas has the commitment and passion for the residents and will strive to provide a comfortable and safe neighborhood for our memory care residents. When not at Orchard Park, Thomas enjoys long drives, particularly to the coast. He loves cats. In his spare time, Thomas writes lyrics for songs in various genres.
Tristan Thompson, Activities Director
Tristan Thompson has worked in long-term health care since 2010, and since then has received her Activity Leader Certification in both Skilled Healthcare and Assisted Living. She has been an Activity Director since 2011 and recently joined the team at Orchard Park in November, 2013. Tristan has studied photography, interior design and dance but will be receiving her Bachelors of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in Child Development in the fall of 2014. She has been a dancer for 18 years and taught dance and gymnastics to all ages at Dayton Academy of Gymnastics and Dance in Dayton, Ohio and for a short time worked with the Special Olympics. Tristan is not only an Activity Director, a student and a dancer but her favorite and most meaningful title in life is “Mom”. She has a beautiful 6-year-old daughter, Alexa, who is the light of her life... You will see Alexa at Orchard visiting with all of the “grandmas” and “grandpas”. Tristan has a passion for bringing laughter, joy and service to the senior community!
James Cavanaugh, Dining Service Director
As Dining Services Director, Jim is responsible for all food service functions and oversees all dining services staff. In late 2006, his work earned Orchard Park's dining services program an Award of Excellence for resident satisfaction. Jim loves to fish and spend time with his family, which includes four children and nine grandchildren.
Dan Jinapuck, Building Services Manager
Dan came to Orchard Park in 2001 and brings to the community four decades of experience in maintaining healthcare facilities. At Orchard Park, Dan oversees housekeeping, maintenance, laundry and landscaping. He works closely with the nursing, dining, marketing, and activities departments to ensure that residents have a safe, comfortable and pleasant home in which to live. Dan can often be seen chatting with residents on his way to his next task. When not at Orchard Park, Dan loves fishing, cooking Thai food, Thai boxing and tai chi exercises.
