Management TeamDee Navarro, Executive DirectorDee has been with Orchard Park for over 5 years and brings over 18 year experience in retirement living and skilled nursing to the community. Dee is certified as a RCFE administrator and has worked in both operations and marketing in long-term care. This work experience has gained her extensive contacts and relationships with senior resources in the Fresno/Clovis community. Dee’s compassion for seniors and helping their families is the driving force behind her goals for Orchard Park. Dee enjoys cooking and entertaining for her own family and her extended family at Orchard Park! Dee is also a mother of twins that are now in music colleges on the east coast. Beth Petty, Health Services DirectorAn LVN, Beth applies 16 years of experience in Assisted Living to her job as Health Services Director. With Orchard Park since January 2005, she is responsible for overseeing the health care services of our residents. Beth lives in the foothills of Fresno County and enjoys the serenity of country life with her family, including one granddaughter. Cheryl Ranzau, Activities DirectorCheryl joined our Orchard Park team in 2006. She is a U.S. Naval officer's daughter and has lived all over the United States on many U.S. military bases. Cheryl graduated from San Jose State University in 1974 with a degree in speech pathology and audiology. She worked as a speech therapist in the California public school system for many years. Before coming to Orchard Park, Cheryl owned and operated her own business in the Bay Area. She has one daughter, Chelsea. Cheryl enjoys participating in the Life Enrichment Program at Orchard Park as the Activities Director. Jim Cavanaugh, Dining Services DirectorAs Dining Services Director, Jim is responsible for all food service functions and oversees all dining services staff. In late 2006, his work earned Orchard Park's dining services program an Award of Excellence for resident satisfaction. Jim loves to fish and spend time with his family, which includes four children and seven grandchildren. Theresa Egurrola, LVN, Kingswood Court Program CoordinatorTheresa originally joined our Orchard Park family in 1999; then went back to school in 2004 to become a licensed nurse. Theresa returned to Orchard Park as a licensed nurse in 2007. As a Certified Dementia Practitioner, she understands the unique needs of residents with dementia. Her future plans include receiving her R.N. and teaching degrees. She was born and raised in Fresno, is married and one daughter. In her spare time she enjoys sleeping in and spending time with her family. Debbie Aramian, Business Office ManagerIn her post as Business Office Manager, Debbie oversees the business office and the reception desk. She has worked in long-term care since 1996, joining Orchard Park in 2002. Debbie likes camping, fishing and spending time with her family. Kelly Metz, Community RelationsKelly brings 9 years of experience in senior care to Orchard Park. For 3 years, she has acted as Secretary to Senior Living Network, a non-profit organization dedicated to education about Alzheimer’s and dementia. As Marketing Director, she enjoys meeting with prospective residents and their families, and sharing the many unique aspects of Orchard Park. Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from University of Phoenix. She is an avid football fan and also enjoys outdoor activities with her children and identical twin. Jennifer Wojtas, Community Outreach DirectorJennifer has 14 years experience in marketing, most of those in the senior care field. She has a BA from UC Davis and MBA from the Sid Craig School of Business at CSU Fresno. She is active on the Board of The Aging Network, coordinates the annual Educational Forum for Healthcare Professionals for the Senior Living Network, and participates in the Fresno Women’s Network and Home Services Council. In her free time Jennifer plays “mom” to three retired racing greyhounds, and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Like Kelly, Jennifer is also a twin!
